Easy Mexican Lasagna Recipe

What You Need: Knife, colander, 8 x 8 inch lasagna pan, wooden spoon

Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Cook Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:


1 1/2 lbs ground beef



pepper, to taste

1 (10 1/2 ounce) can enchilada sauce

garlic powder

1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup


1 (12 ounce) package flour tortillas

1 (16 ounce) jar salsa


16 ounces shredded Mexican cheese

salt, to taste    

16 ounces sour cream (optional)


Directions:


In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Add the enchilada sauce.


in a separate saucepan, heat the cream of chicken soup and jar of salsa. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, stir it to mix everything evenly.

Add the meat and sauce.


in a 9x13 dish, place a layer of tortilla shells, then the meat mixture.


Spread a layer of chesse

Repeat steps 4 and 5 until you have ended with a layer of cheese on top.


Bake at 350 degrees for 45min and the cheese melted.


Serve with some sour cream
